Terms of service
These terms govern your purchase from Dievelia. Please read them carefully — placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who we are
Dievelia is a multi-brand online boutique operated by Dievelia Trading LTD, a company registered in Cyprus with VAT number 60050543N (registration HE456859) with registered office at 87 Axiou Street, 3111 Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us at info@dievelia.com.cy.
Products are fulfilled on our behalf by a distribution partner in Italy, which ships the goods directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Dievelia is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer, agent or representative of any brand it stocks.
2. Placing an order and confirmation
When you complete checkout, your card is authorised — not charged. The authorisation holds the order amount on your card for up to seven days. We confirm stock and prepare the order, then capture the payment at the moment your order is dispatched. If we cannot fulfil the order, we release the authorisation and nothing is taken from your card.
An order is a binding offer to buy. We accept the order when we capture payment and send a dispatch confirmation; until then no contract exists. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including after capture, for suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, warehouse-stock errors by our fulfilment partner, or pricing errors. In those cases we issue a full refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Once an order has been passed to our fulfilment partner's logistics (typically within 24–72 working hours of payment capture), it can no longer be modified or cancelled. At that point the only option is the returns process described in section 5.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any applicable surcharges are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details. We do not accept cash on delivery.
For some destinations (for example very remote delivery areas or very heavy parcels) a small shipping supplement may apply that the checkout cannot calculate in advance. If that happens we will contact you before dispatch. Failure to agree to the supplement will result in cancellation and a full refund.
4. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 24–72 working hours of payment capture and typically arrive within 2–5 business days to EU addresses, and 5–10 business days to the rest of the world, depending on destination and carrier. Unforeseen delays (customs, carrier disruptions, stock reconciliation at the warehouse) may occur — we will notify you promptly if we are aware of any.
For deliveries outside the European Union, destination customs may levy duties, VAT and clearance fees. These are the recipient's responsibility and are payable directly to the carrier at delivery. We cannot predict or reimburse these charges. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.
If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or an unavailable recipient, a handling fee plus any courier storage, return-shipping or customs re-import charges will be deducted from your refund. For non-EU returns, Italian customs clearance costs (duties, VAT 22%, customs fees) apply and are deducted from the refund.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Dievelia extends this to 15 days for a change of mind, subject to a small handling fee deducted from your refund. Defective, damaged or incorrect items can be returned within 10 days of delivery at our cost. Full step-by-step instructions are on the Shipping & Returns page.
All returns must be unused, complete and in their original packaging (including shoe boxes, dust bags and branded packaging) and accompanied by a written return authorisation from us. Returns that arrive damaged, missing original packaging, without authorisation or outside the applicable window cannot be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. For defective or incorrect items we cover return shipping. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
6. Warranty and conformity
Products are sold with the statutory EU consumer warranty. Dievelia relies on information supplied by the manufacturer for composition, country of origin and care instructions, and cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by the manufacturer or for damage caused by improper use of the product. If you notice anything inaccurate please contact us so we can correct it.
7. Intellectual property
All brand names, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners. Dievelia displays them solely to identify the products it sells and makes no claim of endorsement, partnership, authorisation or agency.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dievelia is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, nor for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, carrier disruption, strikes, customs action, natural events, platform outages at our fulfilment partner). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that governs it; we keep prior versions on file on request.
