Terms of service

These terms govern your purchase from Dievelia. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Dievelia is a multi-brand online boutique operated by Dievelia Trading LTD , a company registered in Cyprus with VAT number 60050543N (registration HE456859) with registered office at 87 Axiou Street, 3111 Limassol, Cyprus. You can reach us at hello@dievelia.com.cy.

Products are fulfilled on our behalf by our distribution partner in Padua, Italy. Dievelia is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer of any brand it stocks.

2. Placing an order

An order is a binding offer to buy. We accept the order when we send a confirmation email; until then no contract exists. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including after charging, for suspected fraud, out-of-stock items or pricing errors. In those cases we issue a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Dievelia extends this to 15 days for a change of mind, subject to a small handling fee. Defective or incorrect items can be returned within 10 days at our cost. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

6. Warranty and conformity

Products are sold with the statutory EU consumer warranty. We rely on information supplied to us by manufacturers for composition and care instructions. If any information is shown to be inaccurate, please contact us so we can correct it.

7. Intellectual property

All brand names, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners. Dievelia displays them solely to identify the products it sells and makes no claim of endorsement, partnership or authorisation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dievelia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Where you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that governs it.
