Cyprus is served by express courier only— we don’t offer the slower economy tier here, because it doesn’t run to the island. In practice that means:

• 1–3 business days for the item to be picked and packed at the partner warehouse
• 2–3 business days in transit to your address

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier, and orders are delivered to Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos, Famagusta, Paralimni, Ayia Napa and Protaras — anywhere with a postal address in the Republic of Cyprus.

Worth knowing: your order ships from our distribution partners in Italy and Poland, not from a warehouse in Cyprus. That’s why the range is 13,000+ pieces rather than whatever fits in a local stockroom — and because it’s all inside the EU, it arrives with no customs step.

• Orders over €150 — free. No code needed, it applies automatically at checkout.
• Under €150 — from about €17, depending on the weight of the parcel. The exact figure is calculated and shown in your bag before you pay, never added afterwards.

If your bag contains items from more than one of our partners, they may arrive as separate parcels on different days at no extra cost to you.

Every price on the site is the price you pay. It already includes 19% Cyprus VAT, and everything is listed in euro, so there’s no currency conversion or foreign-transaction fee from your bank.

Because your order ships from inside the European Union, there is no import duty and no customs clearance charge. The courier will not ask you for money on the doorstep. If anyone ever does, don’t pay it — contact us first.

You have 15 days from deliveryto start a return — that’s on top of the 14-day right of withdrawal EU law gives you. Items should come back unworn with tags attached.
