Shipping & Returns

Dievelia ships worldwide from our fulfilment partner in Padua, Italy. Orders are prepared within 24–72 working hours of payment and typically arrive within 2–5 business days to EU addresses and 5–10 business days elsewhere.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and size. Remote or very heavy parcels may attract a small surcharge — if so, we will contact you before dispatch. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Failed delivery

Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or an unavailable recipient incur a €5 handling fee plus any courier storage or return charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Customs (non-EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, destination customs may levy duties, VAT or clearance fees. These are the recipient's responsibility. If the parcel is refused at customs and returns to Italy, any Italian clearance charges (duties, VAT 22%, customs fees) are deducted from your refund.

Returns

You can return an order for any of three reasons:

  • Change of mind — within 15 days of delivery. A €3 handling fee is deducted from the refund.
  • Defective or damaged product — within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us; we will email a return label.
  • Wrong item received — within 10 days. Return shipping is on us.

Return conditions

  • Item must be unused, with all tags, labels and original packaging intact.
  • Shoe boxes, dust bags and branded boxes must be returned undamaged.
  • Returns without prior authorisation or outside the windows above cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us (see the Contact page) with your order number and reason.
  2. We will email you a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 48 working hours.
  3. Send the item back within 15 days of receiving that email.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

These terms reflect EU consumer protection rules including the 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing here limits any right granted to you by the consumer laws of your country of residence.
