Shipping & Returns
Dievelia ships worldwide from our fulfilment partner in Italy. Orders are prepared within 24–72 working hours of payment capture and typically arrive within 2–5 business days to EU addresses and 5–10 business days elsewhere.
Processing and dispatch
24–72 working hours
When you place an order, your card is authorised but not charged. We confirm stock with our fulfilment partner, then capture the payment at dispatch. Once the order has entered the fulfilment partner's logistics (typically 24–72 working hours after capture), it can no longer be modified or cancelled — at that point please use the returns process below.
We do not accept cash on delivery, and pickups by your own courier at the warehouse are not available.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight and size. Remote delivery areas or very heavy / oversized parcels may attract a small surcharge that the checkout cannot calculate in advance; if so, we will contact you before dispatch. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Failed delivery
Parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or an unavailable recipient incur a €5 handling fee plus any courier storage, return-shipping or customs re-import charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
Customs (non-EU destinations)
For deliveries outside the European Union, destination customs may levy duties, VAT and clearance fees. These are the recipient's responsibilityand are payable directly to the carrier or customs authority at delivery. We cannot predict or reimburse these charges. We recommend you check your country's customs rules before ordering.
If a non-EU parcel is refused at customs and returns to Italy, Italian customs re-import charges (duties, VAT at 22%, customs fees) apply and are deducted from the refund.
Returns
You can return an order for one of three reasons:
- Change of mind — within 15 days of delivery. A €3 handling fee and the return shipping cost are deducted from the refund. Return shipping is arranged by you (or using our carrier at your expense, paid in advance).
- Defective or damaged product — within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us; we will email a return label.
- Wrong item received — within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging — including all tags, labels, shoe boxes, dust bags and branded packaging. Missing or damaged original packaging voids the refund.
- Every return requires a written return authorisation from us, issued within 48 working hours of your request.
- Returns received without prior authorisation, or outside the windows above, cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- For returns shipped from outside the European Union, destination customs duties for re-import are paid by you in advance — they cannot be paid on arrival.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@dievelia.com.cy with your order number (e.g.
DR-12345), the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. For defective items please attach photos that clearly show the issue — it speeds up approval. - You will receive a return authorisation email within 48 working hours with shipping instructions.
- Send the item back within 15 days of receiving that email. After that, the authorisation expires and the return cannot be accepted.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. The refund reflects the product price minus any applicable handling fee and return shipping; original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
These terms reflect EU consumer protection rules including the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, which Dievelia extends voluntarily to 15 days. Nothing here limits any mandatory right granted to you by the consumer laws of your country of residence.
