- Are the goods authentic?
- Yes. Everything we sell comes through B2B Trade S.r.l. (Griffati), an Italian wholesale distributor with direct supply relationships with each brand. Counterfeit or grey-market goods do not pass through their warehouse — they invoice us as a B2B reseller under our Cyprus VAT, which is only possible for goods sourced through authorised channels.
- Where do the goods ship from?
- From Griffati's warehouse in Padova, Italy. We place the order with them the moment you check out; they pick, pack and dispatch with a major courier (typically DHL or BRT) within 1–3 working days. The parcel arrives in plain unbranded packaging — no Griffati branding, no wholesale invoice inside.
- Who handles warranty or a defective item?
- We do. Your purchase contract is with Dievelia Trading LTD, so you contact us at info@dievelia.com.cy with photos and your order number, and we handle the rest with Griffati and the brand. See our shipping & returns policy for the timeline.
- Can I verify Griffati independently?
- Yes — that's why we list their P.IVA (IT05050810281) and REA (PD-439244) above. Run the VAT number through the EU VIES tool and you'll see B2B Trade S.r.l. confirmed as an active Italian company. If you want even more, the Camera di Commercio di Padova publishes their REA filing for a small fee.
- Why is the merchant on the invoice different from the brand?
- Because we're a multi-brand boutique — same model as Farfetch, About You, Yoox or your local department store. The brand makes the garment; Dievelia (Cyprus-registered) sells it to you and is the commercial counterparty. The invoice carries our Cyprus VAT number, not the brand's.
