What this means in practice:

• You buy from Dievelia Trading LTD (Cyprus). The purchase contract, invoice and customer-support relationship are with us. The Italian logistics partner handles warehousing and last-mile carrier hand-off only — they do not sell to you directly, have no commercial relationship with you, and are not named on your receipt.
• Stock is shared. We maintain live inventory visibility with our fulfilment partner. If an item is listed on our site it is physically in stock in Italy at the moment you view it. Stock can still sell out while your order is in checkout — if that happens, we release the payment authorisation and refund within 24–72 working hours.
• We carry genuine-authentic goods only.No replicas, no grey-market parallel imports. Every item leaves the warehouse with the brand's original tags, barcode and packaging.

2. We confirm stock. Your card is authorised(not charged) at checkout. We then confirm availability with our fulfilment partner in Italy. If anything is out of stock, we release the authorisation and refund within 24–72 working hours — you're never charged for something we can't ship.
3. We capture payment and dispatch. Once stock is confirmed, we capture the authorised amount and the order leaves the Italian warehouse within 24–72 working hours of capture.
4. Your parcel arrives.Typically 2–5 business days to EU addresses, 5–10 business days elsewhere. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel.
